Shipping policy

It is crucial to verify your shipping address, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers, when placing an order. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or items stuck in transit -- those matters must be addressed directly with the shipping company/carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)

Some of our merch is processed through Printful, an on-demand processing and fulfillment company. In the event that your order is returned to the Printful processing center due to an error (such as an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), you have 30 days to provide us with an updated shipping address in order for Printful to re-ship your order. Otherwise, Printful will donate the items in your order to charity. 

In the event that your order is returned to us (for pre-orders and/or non-Printful items), you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with re-sending the package. 

Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for your interest in our pre-order items! Please review the following policy regarding pre-orders. 

  1. Shipping Time Frame: Pre-order items require time for processing and shipping (processing time specified on product listing). This time allows us to ensure quality production and fulfillment. Please note that the estimated shipping window may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances.
  2. Payment: Payment for pre-order items will be processed at the time of purchase to secure your order. This guarantees that your item is reserved, as some pre-order items are limited in quantity. 
  3. Order Updates: You will receive email updates regarding your pre-order status, including confirmation when your item is shipped. Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched. 
  4. Cancellation & Changes: Pre-orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order is considered final, and changes may not be possible. 
  5. Combined Orders: If you order both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items may ship separately from your pre-order items.
  6. Delays: While we aim to meet the estimated shipping window, production or delivery delays may occur. We will keep you informed in case of any changes in the expected timeline.
